InCom Group new distribution agreement
We’re very happy of announcing a new commercial deal. Incom Group has signed a collaboration agreement with Global Composites, a distribution company for composite materials.
EThrough said agreement, Global Composites will market and distribute pre-engineered fiberglass reinforcement components, structural cores and materials for resin infusion that INCOM will develop and manufacture, as well as associated engineering and technical assistance services to the shipbuilding industry. In this way, Global Composites will be able to offer sustainable and cost-effective technical solutions, providing more complete and integrated services to its customers in this sector.
Carlos Vidal, Founder of INCOM, highlights “Although the development and supply of composite materials kits has historically been our main objective, technical and supply chain solutions have come to occupy a prominent place in our portfolio, giving rise to a whole new variety of products designed to create added value for our customers.
Luis Azorín, general director of INCOM, states: “I am totally convinced of the synergy that we can contribute between both companies to the existing value chain, and where this combination of both commercial and technical resources from InCom and Global Composites, together with a strong belief in offering an efficient service to our customers, will ensure that we succeed in projects and opportunities that are more difficult to access separately, in sectors full of many challenges and where we are forced to adapt in an agile and competitive way”
Rafael Mellado, managing director and CEO of Global Composites, considers that “a company like INCOM with which we share the same values is key to the successful development of this collaboration. We know the markets, we offer high value-added products and services that our customers appreciate, and now we have the opportunity to expand our portfolio by incorporating more products and services of high quality”.

TECNOCOMP PROJECT LAUNCH
On August 4, the launch meeting of the “TECNOCOMP” project (Research and development of composites with high technical performance and differentiating aesthetics) took place in which INGENIERIA DE COMPUESTOS (INCOM) participates together with the companies FRANCOTEX and NATURTEX.
These composite materials would have direct application in the habitat sector, especially the contract sector, forming part of wall and floor coverings, furniture, separating elements, etc. inside public spaces.
INCOM, who will act as project leader, participates as an expert in engineering and manufacturing of “composites” while NATURTEX and FRANCOTEX will be in charge of the development of all the textile and chemical parts respectively to guarantee good compatibility between the materials that make up the composite. final and guarantee that it has the final properties sought, these are; great aesthetic value, structural resistance and fire retardant properties.

The project, which will have an estimated duration of 20 months, will be executed during the 2021-22 years and will be financed by the Valencian Innovation Agency within the Consolidation of the Business Value Chain program, with a total budget of 688,736.89 €.
