How to Ensure the Regulatory Compliance Within the Group

It is important to detect and prevent possible irregular behaviors to ensure compliance with current laws, the Code of Ethics, and any other internal regulations. In this regard, your help allows us to ensure that actions are taken in accordance with the law.

Therefore, we offer collaborators, consumers, and business partners a system to report potential regulatory breaches. All communications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

 

What types of issues can be reported?

You can report incidents that may constitute a violation of legal regulations, the Code of Ethics, or any other internal regulation that may have serious consequences for the company, such as:

  • Financial and asset-related violations
  • Issues concerning safety, health, and hygiene at work
  • Discrimination and harassment in the workplace
  • Conducts that violate human rights or cause environmental harm
  • Anti-competitive practices
  • Fraud and corruption-related behavior
  • Breaches of Data Protection regulations
  • Other serious violations

This channel is exclusively for reporting violations of internal and external legal regulations.

How to Submit a Report

To confidentially report any activities or behaviors that may be irregular, you can do so in two ways:

OPTION 1: Send a notification via the mobile app.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Download the CO-RESOL app. It’s free and available on the App Store and Google Play.
  2. Click the “make a click” button and enter the code “INCOM.
  3. Select the “Ethics Channel” option. Incom
  4. Write your message and try to be as specific as possible. You can attach images and documents to the report.
  5. Identify yourself or proceed anonymously. In both cases, you must accept the Privacy Policy.
  6. Done! You will receive a message confirming that your click has been sent.

OPTION 2: Submit a Notification via the Website

Instead of downloading the app on your mobile device, you also have the option to submit communications through the following link to the Co-resol website.

Once on the website, you should:

  1. Click on the “make a click” option.
  2. Then, enter the keyword “INCOM”. 
  3. Write your message as clearly and specifically as possible. You can attach images and documents to the communication.
  4. Identify yourself or proceed anonymously. In both cases, you must accept the Privacy Policy.
  5. Done! You will receive a message confirming that your click has been sent.
