Scope of the IMS (Integrated Management System)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Design, manufacturing, assembly and marketing of products and components for wind turbines, automotive, marine industries, composite materials, and other articles related to the previous activities.<\/p>\n

      The main target is to reach zero accidents and we are working to improve the employee\u2019s security.<\/p>\n

        Incom Group as a responsible wind industry member is aware that the activities developed in all its work centers must be carry out within environmental framework and standard regulations.<\/p>\n

        To demonstrate commitment to preventing pollution and protecting the environment in every each of our processes:<\/p>\n

        • Preventing pollution and fighting climate change: reducing CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions, promoting the use of renewable energy sources.<\/li>\n
        • Protect natural resources: reducing energy and water consumption in our facilities. Optimize consumption and reduce the volume and avoiding spills.<\/li>\n
        • Promote the Circular Economy through correct waste management, reducing its generation, managing it properly and promoting its reuse and recycling.<\/li>\n
        • Promote the design, manufacture and use of products that are resource efficient, durable (including in terms of useful life and freedom from planned obsolescence), repairable, reusable, and upgradable.<\/li>\n
        • Prioritize climate action by hiring third parties that demonstrate more responsible consumption and efficient use of energy and water resources, which provide proposals that involve energy efficiency as well as the best practices in responsible consumption of Raw materials and circular economy.<\/li>\n
        • Extending the useful life of a product can be key when it comes to achieving the proposed objectives and reducing footprint on the ecosystem. Carrying out preventive maintenance, reducing, reusing, and recycling and sustainable purchasing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          To inform and collaborate with Public Authorities in crisis and emergency situations and express our permanent willingness to cooperate with them.<\/p>\n

          To achieve or exceed our environmental standards by engaging employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n

          These values constitute the framework which established Incom group objectives and targets for its Integrated Management System. Our objectives are the following:<\/p>\n

          • Reduce energy consumption. Target: – 1%<\/li>\n
          • Reduce gas consumption. Target: – 2%<\/li>\n
          • Increase recyclable waste. Target: > 72%<\/li>\n
          • Recovery of fiberglass waste. Target: 60%<\/li>\n
          • Improve the ECOVADIS score compared to the previous year. Target > 60%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Compliance with the legislation and regulations in force and applicable to our activities, as well as, with the requirements derived from the Management System implemented.<\/p>\n
